I have seen Realtors who cut corners on paperwork or cut corners on negotiations. I have seen service providers who are late for appointments and deadlines. Mortgage lenders who forgot one thing. The painter? The plumber? The small things are never small — they are a preview of everything that follows.

Will Rogers put it plainly: "Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there."

Showing up is not enough. Showing up with intention, preparation, and genuine care for the person across the table — that is the standard. Not occasionally. Every time.

That is the only version of this business worth being in.
