It Doesn't Matter What The Real Estate Market is Doing!

It doesn't matter whether this is the best estate market in London, Ontario, or the worst; whether it's the best or the worst time; or whether any obstacle we face is intimidating or troublesome.it is right now.

What matters is that it is right now.

Seneca wrote: "In the meantime, cling tooth and nail to the following rule: not to give in to adversity, not to trust prosperity, and always take full note of fortune's habit of behaving just as she pleases!"

This holds for all salespeople, and it was written thousands of years ago! I believe fundamentals are the key to success for any London, Ontario, Realtor; most of us go for the next shiny thing: an object, method, software, program, book, or guru.

There are fundamentals in sales, business, good health, and everything. There are fundamentals, and missing, overlooking, or discounting any step in successful fundamentals leads to my go-to philosophy of simplicity, flexibility, non-attachment, and aligning one's actions with nature's abundance.
